Return Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  •  Product received is damaged

  • Wrong product delivered

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must request within 5 days of delivery

  • You must provide valid proof (see section below)

Mandatory Proof Requirement

To process any return or refund request, customers must provide:

  • Unboxing video (full, without cuts)
    OR

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

Important:

  • The unboxing video must clearly show the package being opened

  • Claims without proper proof will not be accepted

Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Products that are used or installed

  • Products without original packaging

  • Products damaged due to customer misuse

  • Products returned without proof

  • Sale or clearance items

Important Rule:
Once the product is installed or used, it cannot be returned

Customers are advised to check the product at the time of delivery
Complaints raised after installation or usage will not be accepted

No Return for Change of Mind

We do not accept returns for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preferences

To initiate a return:

  4. If approved, we will arrange return pickup (if applicable)

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping cost will be decided based on the case

    • If the issue is from our side → We may cover the cost

    • If not → Customer may need to bear the cost

Refund Policy

Once your return is approved and the product is received (if applicable):

  • Refund will be processed to the original payment method

  • Refund will be completed within 5 working days

Replacement Policy

  • Customers may also choose replacement instead of refund

  • Replacement will be processed after product verification

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before shipping

  • Orders cannot be cancelled after shipping
