Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated based on order value
Final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD)
A ₹10 extra charge is applicable on COD orders

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

Updates via WhatsApp

You can use the tracking details to monitor your shipment status.

Delivery Issues

a) Delayed Orders

In case of delays, we will notify you via:

Delays may occur due to logistics or unforeseen circumstances

b) Incorrect Address

If the customer provides an incorrect or incomplete address:

The order may not be delivered
A refund will be processed after deducting 10% of the order value as logistics/handling charges

c) Customer Unavailable

If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery:

Our delivery partner will attempt re-delivery
You will be notified via WhatsApp and email

Damaged in Transit

If you receive a damaged product, you must report it within 24–48 hours of delivery
You must provide:

Unboxing video OR
Clear images of the product and packaging
